SECUDE Makes Its Latest SAP Security Software Available to Partners
Alpharetta, GA (PRWEB) October 23, 2013 -- SECUDE, an innovative data security provider, announced today that it has released Halocore for SAP NetWeaver to its partners for trial purposes and testing. The Halocore technology provides continuous protection to information downloaded from SAP, so that only authorized users can access that data no matter where it is located.
The company’s new channel program, created earlier this year, is aimed at creating a global network of partners who will conduct all pre-sales, sales, implementation, and level-1 support activities for Halocore. The Halocore for SAP NetWeaver beta will enable partners to begin to explore Halocore’s capabilities. With core classification and auditing features in place, the SECUDE team's focus is now on gathering partner feedback and improving overall product capabilities.
“We managed to setup a basic Microsoft RMS and Halocore implementation within 6 hours,” said Arndt Spitzer, CEO, ASCONSIT – the first partner that tested the Halocore beta. “Use case testing afterwards was quick and simple. This easy implementation allows us to focus on the configuration to ensure only eligible users are able to access to resulting exported data. We are really looking forward to working with customers we know are challenged with trying to protect valuable data leaving SAP.”
Michael Kummer, President of SECUDE Americas, said, “Our partners play a central role in the global success of the Halocore software. By working more closely with selected channel partners we are looking into creating a solution that fulfills unaddressed security needs of SAP users. In the world of SAP security, there are currently no analogues to the Halocore platform. That is why it is very important for us to get feedback from our partners to successfully finish the fine-tuning process.”

About Halocore for SAP NetWeaver
In a modern enterprise where there is a rise of business collaboration, an explosion of storage locations, cloud computing, and an increased mobile workforce, traditional protection mechanisms are often left powerless. SECUDE’s Halocore for SAP NetWeaver represents the next generation of information security solutions that enforce protection on the data/documents themselves.
By ensuring data is secured right at the moment it leaves SAP applications, Halocore delivers intelligent and automated classification, while reducing the productivity impact document security solutions typically have on the workforce.
The first release of the Halocore for SAP NetWeaver is scheduled for December this year.
