Sedaru announced today that software usage of its enterprise SaaS utility operating platform broke Company records on a per customer per user basis, doubling over the same period last year. This is further validated by the recent addition of Sedaru customers, including Contra Costa Water District – CA, Las Vegas Valley Water District – NV, City of Waterbury – CT, and Wareham Fire District – MA, as well as expansion of existing customers such as South Central Connecticut Regional Water Authority – CT, City of Santa Ana – CA, and Los Angeles Department of Water & Power – CA.

Sedaru announced today that software usage of its enterprise SaaS utility operating platform broke Company records on a per customer per user basis, doubling over the same period last year. The increase represents additional usage across the Sedaru platform: initiating and responding to new events such as work orders or preemptive alerts, applying real-time data from IoT sources such as SCADA and AMI, water outage & leak management, dynamic asset management planning, and simulated real-time operations for utility EOCs.

This adoption rate validates Sedaru’s unique, value-based approach to utility modernization, providing practical, meaningful returns on utility investments, maximizing readily available data for optimization, prediction, and automation.

Contra Costa Water District – CA

Contra Costa Water District – CA has completed an extensive selection process and contracted with the team of Total Resource Management (TRM) and Sedaru, Inc. to deliver its next-generation Sedaru OMNI enterprise CMMS/asset management system. TRM + Sedaru will implement the Sedaru software with IBM Maximo to deliver integrated, real-time operations across the organization.

Las Vegas Valley Water District – NV

Las Vegas Valley Water District – NV has selected Sedaru to enhance their enterprise asset management initiatives. The District will use Sedaru OMNI and Sedaru Fieldforce to optimize water distribution workflows, including cathodic protection, rectifier & anode bed readings, and mobile leak detection.

Jacobs Engineering/ City of Waterbury – CT

Jacobs has selected Sedaru to optimize sewer asset management for the City of Waterbury – CT. Sedaru OMNI will deliver greater insight into the condition of sewer assets, and along with Sedaru Fieldforce, manage work orders, & respond to Call Before You Dig Requests.

Wareham Fire District – MA

Wareham Fire District – MA has selected Sedaru as their Enterprise Asset Management System. The District will use Sedaru OMNI, Sedaru Fieldforce, and Sedaru CIP to optimize asset management workflows. District staff will create, dispatch, and complete work orders. Asset data will be collected in the field, powering Sedaru CIP to predict pipeline replacement, and generate a dynamic, real-time capital improvement plan.

South Central Connecticut Regional Water Authority – CT

South Central Connecticut Regional Water Authority – CT (RWA) is expanding Sedaru Ops to monitor, predict, and reduce water loss. Sedaru provides RWA a daily account of non-revenue water, helping them track the source of potential issues. This expansion enables RWA to minimize water loss in new service areas.

City of Santa Ana – CA

City of Santa Ana – CA has renewed a 5-year contract with Sedaru to expand Sedaru software and services for ongoing engineering and operations support. The agreement provides for Sedaru’s connected, purpose-built apps including Sedaru Ops real-time modeling to monitor, predict and preempt water operations, complemented by Sedaru CIP for integrated, dynamic asset management to identify and prioritize optimal pipeline replacement projects.

Los Angeles Department of Water and Power – CA

Los Angeles Department of Water and Power – CA (LADWP) Water Distribution Division has expanded its Sedaru user base, nearly doubling to over 130 users. Sedaru will be used across all LADWP Districts, optimizing leak & break response, automating leak reports, calculating water loss, advancing digital field data collection, & more.
