Mr. Parsons is a meticulous leader with a wealth of experience in Information Technology spanning over twenty-five years. Moreover, he has led multiple programs supporting a diverse portfolio of services including software development, data analytics, systems engineering, operations and management, and service desk operations. Mr. Parsons comes to SeKON with a high level of experience with Defense Health Agency (DHA) and the Electronic Health Record (EHR) program. His assiduous approach and exceptional capabilities in project management, IT service management and task completion will help solidify SeKON's ability to maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Before joining SeKON, Mr. Parsons held leadership roles at Leidos, Xerox and SAIC. In his most recent position as Vice President and Division Manager, he provided automated business process solutions and performed management oversight for more than 500 employees. Mr. Parsons holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Strayer University and a Master of Business Administration. He also was one of the first to attain a Program Management Professional (PMP) certificate.
