Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (PRWEB) March 20, 2014 -- Sellers Dorsey announced that Mary Frances Grabowski has joined the firm as General Counsel and Senior Consultant. Ms. Grabowski has experience and expertise in a wide variety of complex issues relating to federal and state Medicaid statutes, regulations, and policy.
As Senior Consultant, Ms. Grabowski will provide leadership to ongoing projects within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania beginning in late April. Ms. Grabowski will also serve as the firm’s General Counsel, providing advice on issues of contracting, compliance, and on healthcare law and policy.

For 35 years, Ms. Grabowski served as an attorney in the Pennsylvania Governor’s Office of General Counsel, Department of Public Welfare. There she advised senior management on the complex issues surrounding Medicaid rules, regulations, and policy. Most recently, she was a Principal in the Harrisburg office of Post & Schell, P.C. where she focused her practice on issues involving the Affordable Care Act, provider healthcare related taxes, federal funding initiatives, hospital and long-term living services, provider participation, reimbursement and compliance, program integrity, and provider fraud and abuse.
