While many of our northeastern and midwestern residents are braving the ice, cold and snow, we have Chamber of Commerce weather with sunny, blue skies and temperatures.

Construction for Seminole Bluff, Stuart, Florida’s limited edition, luxury waterfront residences, is officially underway with a groundbreaking on the banks of the Saint Lucie River. Congressman Brian Mast (R-18th District) joined a host of other local dignitaries for the start of the $40 million-dollar project.

“Seminole Bluff is an example of why we must protect the quality of our waterways. Our waterways are a vital part of why people visit and want to live here. The success of this project and many others are linked directly to the quality of our water,” said Congressman Mast.

“Seminole Bluff was honored to have our Congressman take part in our construction start,” said John J. Doyle, Builder and Developer for Seminole Bluff. “As Congressman Mast said, Seminole Bluff is symbolic of the positive growth and economic prosperity that can happen when everyone, from the local level to national, pulls together to preserve the quality of the historic Saint Lucie River which is a natural draw for residents wanting the Florida lifestyle in a luxurious waterfront setting,” added Doyle.

Priced starting at just under one million dollars per unit, Seminole Bluff features iconic architecture by Gerard Belgrave Designs that is extremely high quality, fits the environment and is highly functional. “We have captured a West Indies style of architecture that blends in with the ambiance of historic Stuart while offering a unique signature to the local waterfront,” said Doyle.

The residences feature flow-through floor plans with nine-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows with breathtaking views of the City of Stuart, Roosevelt Bridge, and the fish and wildlife rich waters of the Saint Lucie River. Oversized terraces; Open Kitchens with Wood-Mode Cabinets; stone countertops; Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances; master bath with deep soaking tub; spacious walk-in closets in master bedrooms; and laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer.

Based on the contour of the Saint Lucie riverfront, residents will enjoy secure underground parking beneath Seminole Bluff, an infinity swimming pool that envelopes the river, Fitness Center overlooking the river, Club Room for residents and a dedicated Business Center. Boat slips will be available for boats 45-60 feet at the deep-water end of a 200’ feeder dock directly from the Stuart Boardwalk. A paddle board launch and storage area have also been included. Seminole Bluff has spared no amenities.

Seminole Bluff features a grand Porte Cochere with stunning water features that highlight the public spaces where a curated collection of contemporary art by Stuart’s renowned artist and sculptor Geoffrey Smith have been purchased and will be on display.

Residents and guests at Seminole Bluff are walking distance from some of the region’s most popular dining destinations with The Gafford, The Boat House, The Black Marlin, Spritz, LouRonzo’s Italian Fusion and many quaint, locally owned bistros, wine bars, and family owned shops less than two minutes away.

During the Seminole Bluff groundbreaking, Stuart Mayor Becky Bruner cited the City’s charm and Chamber of Commerce weather as among the reasons many from throughout the United States are moving to Stuart, Florida.

“While many of our northeastern and midwestern residents are braving the ice, cold and snow, we have Chamber of Commerce weather with sunny, blue skies and temperatures in the upper seventies. That coupled with our unique Florida lifestyle makes Stuart, Florida one of the most sought-after affordable destinations. We welcome Seminole Bluff and look forward to having its residents as our newest City of Stuart members of the community,” said Mayor Bruner.

“I give my sincerest thanks to the City of Stuart, our Seminole Bluff staff and the entire community for making this project become reality,” concluded Doyle.
