Today, it's harder than ever for B2B marketers to connect with current and prospective customers. Email marketing, alone, isn't working. B2B emails have only an 18 percent open rate and an even smaller click-through rate for B2B marketing emails at 2 percent. Additionally, the report notes that 28 percent of customers don't take phone calls from sales representatives.
