Amy Grabill Hoefer will step into the role of VP of Client Experience, Los Gatos to inspire and lead 121 of the most dynamic agents in Silicon Valley. Transitioning from one of the most productive real estate teams in Los Gatos, Amy brings significant agent-experience into this leadership role which uniquely positions her to support agents in their day to day transactions; all for the benefit of Sereno Group clients.

A Los Gatos native and veteran to the industry, Hoefer was one of the original Sereno Group founders. She was instrumental in creating a mission-oriented culture where every agent has a voice and views her career shift into leadership as a way to leverage her years of experience to support and give back to the community.

Over 20 years ago, Jason Noriega's career began on Lincoln Avenue in Willow Glen where he will now be serving as VP of Client Experience. Transitioning from a very successful agent partnership that enjoyed a high level of referral-only business, Noriega is well versed in the power of serving clients through relationships.

In this leadership role, he will lead the team of 62 highly productive and community-minded agents to serve their clients in the best possible way and support them in growing their business while upholding the values and culture of the company.
