How do certified vehicles get picked?
Not every used Toyota vehicle that arrives at Serra Toyota will be accepted into the certified pre-owned program. In order to earn the certified status, a vehicle must be within six years of the current model year and have less than 85,000 miles on it. Assuming both of those criteria are met, the vehicle will go through a strict 160-point inspection that is meant to find any defects that could disqualify the vehicle.
