Service Express announced its latest integrations exclusive to the company’s flagship ExpressConnect® platform. Customers can benefit from streamlining data center maintenance by connecting their native monitoring systems to ExpressConnect. Once integrated, the monitoring system will send an alert to Service Express that automatically opens a new service ticket resulting in saved downtime and automated support.
Service Express is the first in data center maintenance to offer a monitoring integration solution to its customers. Using a customer’s existing system, these integrations help maintain uptime for their data center without the need to watch for an alert and submit a ticket.

If customers are using an alternative monitoring solution, ExpressConnect can incorporate insights using its custom two-way API. Customers can save time and automate their data center support while keeping monitoring activity all in one place. If customers don’t have a monitoring solution, ExpressConnect can also fill that gap.
Service Express released ExpressConnect Monitoring in July 2020 which combines automation and OnDeck® Predictive Sparing®. Every alert includes a diagnosis and hardware insights from multiple data sources and automatically creates a ticket for our customers.
