Laurie Sewell Earns Thought Leadership Award

The American Business Awards (ABA)—nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word meaning "crowned"—is the nation's leading business awards program. This year's award presentation gala was held on June 13 at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York.

Winning in a Crowded Field
More than 3,700 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year, spanning a wide range of categories, including awards for Thought Leadership, Startup, Executive, Best New Product or Service, Marketing Campaign, and App of the Year. The winners were selected by more than 230 professionals worldwide. The Thought Leadership category was chaired by Marie Marks, a senior vice president at Paramount Pictures.
