Proceeds to Benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern California
CULVER CITY, Calif., May 19, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Servicon, Southern California's leading hospital environmental services (EVS) provider and commercial cleaning services company, sponsored the 2023 Walk for Kids to benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern California. The 5K walk took place Saturday, April 29, 2023, at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, CA. The site opened at 7:30 a.m., and the walk started at 8:45 a.m.
Walk for Kids™ is an annual community fundraiser that supports the children and families who rely on the life-changing services and programs provided by the Ronald McDonald House Pasadena. The family-friendly event raised vital funds for local programs that support families supported by the Los Angeles, Pasadena, and Westside Los Angeles Ronald McDonald Houses.
2023 marked the inaugural year for Servicon as a sponsor, a tradition the company hopes to continue annually. In addition to Servicon's event sponsorship, many of the company's employees volunteered to "walk the walk."
