Zhu is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist based in Chicago, IL. She holds a Bachelor's of Science in Food Science, Nutrition, and Dietetics from Clemson University. She inspires her audience to enjoy a whole food, nourishing, and nutrient-dense diet. She will promote Setton Farms' pistachio product offerings across multiple social media channels, as well as speak to the nutritional benefits of the brand's pistachio goods.
