As Vice President of Client Solutions, Yates Baker will be leading global business development and growing Sevenstep's market share within the total talent solutions marketplace. With prior work experience from IBM/Kenexa and most recently KellyOCG, Yates brings deep expertise in designing and managing outsourced recruitment solutions, including both RPO and MSP. Having worked in client services and client solutions, he has well-rounded experience with complex, large-scale global engagements.

As Vice President of Transformation, Penny Burnett will be leading the Sevenstep transformation team and will be responsible for managing the implementation of new solutions, continuous improvement initiatives, optimizations, client workshops, and all efforts surrounding learning and development. Penny's experience as both a buyer of outsourced talent solutions and practitioner within HR combine to create a deep understanding of talent acquisition operations as well as how HR business partners and providers must work together to create successful partnerships.
