In his new position, Mr. McAuliffe will be responsible for developing strategic relationships to implement utiliVisor’s energy plant monitoring, sub-metering and billing services to enhance facility performance and energy efficiency. Clients include facility, sustainability and operational managers in industrial, healthcare, educational, hospitality and government organizations. Mr. McAuliffe is based in Friendswood, Texas, near Houston.

Mr. McAuliffe brings to this role over 21 years of sales experience in mechanical systems and energy management. Before joining utiliVisor, he was a director of sales for Optimum Energy, with responsibility for sales and implementations of energy-efficiency projects throughout the United States. He has also worked in sales and construction management for Hunton Trane, Jacobs and Way Engineering.
Mr. McAuliffe received his bachelor of science degree in industrial distribution/logistics from the University of Houston.
