When author Robyn Plim was diagnosed with a tumor at age 30, she decided it was time to get serious with her own inner work and spiritual journey and to make some changes to her life. Using tools that she has applied to her life and healing with great success, she now wants to share what has worked for her own conscious development. They are her interpretations and perceptions of what she has gained over quite a few years of courses, books, and workshops that she put into practice to develop a conscious life and heal her own health crisis.
In “Awake–Aware–Conscious: Seekers’ Guide to a Conscious Life and Healing along the Way” (published by Balboa Press AU), Plim narrates her personal healing journey and shares practical tools and teachings to develop and live a conscious life from the inside out. She tells how the goal is not about the destination, but the journey, creating new practices and habits. She believes that one is here for the experience of a physical body on this earth, one that comes with emotions, feelings, thoughts, and senses one learns to navigate. She includes a range of topics based on developing one’s consciousness to help find one’s way in awakening and healing.
This reference book is divided into four parts: Part 1, The Big Picture discusses the broader concepts of energy and consciousness; Part 2, You in the World, considers external influences and considerations; Part 3, The Inner Journey, focusses on personal change and making different choices; and Part 4, Transformational Tools, other tools that contribute to massive change and personal growth.
“The world is changing and moving into a new energy- an age of rapid self-awareness and personal growth is taking place. The move beyond fear and limitations into reconnecting with intuition and consciousness is more important now than ever before. This book gives a practical reference resource of 44 tools and techniques to transform from the inside out, no matter what stage people are at,” Plim says.
When asked what she wants readers to take away from the book, Plim answered, “I hope you find some awareness and clarity within these pages. Have fun with the book and see this as an opportunity to learn new things, gain a better understanding, and grow; we are all seekers on the path, no matter how long you have been travelling.” For more details about the book, please visit https://www.balboapress.com/en-au/bookstore/bookdetails/845590-awakeawareconscious
