Sharon R. Lindblade Elected to Lead Broward-MIAMI Realtors
The MIAMI Association of Realtors (MIAMI) has elected Sharon R. Lindblade as its 2020 Broward-MIAMI President. She and the 2020 MIAMI leadership boards were installed Feb. 28 at MIAMI's 2020 Inaugural Celebration at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood.
MIAMI, March 25, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The MIAMI Association of Realtors (MIAMI) has elected Sharon R. Lindblade as its 2020 Broward-MIAMI President. She and the 2020 MIAMI leadership boards were installed Feb. 28 at MIAMI's 2020 Inaugural Celebration at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood.
"Broward-MIAMI represents more than 12,000 members in Broward County who love our exclusive hands-on, member-centric approach," Lindblade said. "We have many things planned this year to help our members provide the highest level of service to their real estate customers."
Lindblade is a South Florida native and has been around the real estate industry for many years. She has her license with Century 21 Hansen Realty Inc. in Fort Lauderdale.
As a REALTOR, she goes beyond being just a real estate agent to being held to a higher standard with a strict code of ethics.
In addition to serving as the 2020 President of the association representing the most REALTORS in Broward County, Lindblade is involved on the local, state and national levels of the real estate industry. Before becoming a licensed REALTOR in 2013 she worked with a local REALTOR association as the Professional Development Director and liaison to the Leadership Academy and Global Council. She has served as Professional Development Chair for Florida REALTORS and is on various state and national REALTOR committees. She also serves as a state and national director, is a member of the Honor Society and an RPAC Major Investor.
In addition to two university degrees, she holds multiple designations of higher learning and attends seminars and classes regularly. Lindblade is a graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI). She has received designations from the Professional Management Network (PMN) and from the Women's Council of REALTORS. She is also a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and has received her Commitment to Excellence certification.
She is an active member of the local community where she volunteers with several organizations including the Children's Diagnostic and Treatment Center in Fort Lauderdale. She was an adoption ambassador for the Humane Society of Broward County and is a trustee and committee member with the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce. She also sits on Broward County's Homeless Continuum of Care—Housing Action Committee.
