Shepherd Insurance Group Embarks on Charity Campaign to Benefit Vision and Hearing Impaired Residents
MARTINSBURG, W.Va (PRWEB) August 09, 2018 -- John Shepherd, CEO and founder of the Shepherd Insurance Group in Berkeley County, is announcing a new charity campaign centered on providing helping hands to hearing and vision impaired families in and around Martinsburg. Funds raised will go to support local efforts to meet the communication and interpretation needs of residents who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, Deaf-Blind, or Late-Deafened.
“Communication is a crucial part of life, and our goal during this campaign is to help give a voice to residents in our community who are living with vision or hearing difficulties,” said Shepherd.
Shepherd Insurance has initiated a rewards program to help encourage local residents to get involved in the campaign. Shepherd himself has pledged to make a $10 donation to blind and deaf communication services in the name of anyone who invites a loved one, co-worker, or friend to receive a no obligation insurance proposal from the Shepherd Insurance team.
