Showcase Acrylics Releases Analysis of Where Students Are Most Affected by the COVID-19 Pandemic
Showcase Acrylics analyzed US Census data to determine where education continues to be most interrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
CHICAGO, May 3, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb -- Over a year into the Covid-19 pandemic, several aspects of life remain interrupted. This is especially true for education: At the time of writing, U.S. schools are only partially open, affecting more than 77 million students nationwide.
Despite efforts to reopen schools safely, education remains interrupted for many children across the country. Showcase Acrylics analyzed months' worth of the most recent data from the US Census Bureau's Household Pulse Survey to determine where students are most impacted.
According to the data, students in West Virginia, Alaska, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and California are most affected. Education in North Dakota, New Hampshire, Wyoming, Connecticut, and South Dakota remains mostly uninterrupted.
