Marissa Aydlett joins as chief growth officer and Hendrik Isebaert is promoted to chief operating officer. Together they will be responsible for driving the company’s continued global growth. Additionally, veteran SaaS executive Matthew Schiltz joins Showpad’s board of directors.
“We are thrilled to welcome Marissa to the Showpad family, elevate Hendrik into the role of chief operating officer and to welcome Matt to our board of directors,” said Pieterjan Bouten, CEO of Showpad. “Together these appointments signify that we’ve entered into a new era of growth. Marissa and Hendrik each bring the talent and track record that will allow us to execute on our ambitious growth goals. On top of that, we’re honored to bring Matt on board as our first independent board member. His experience scaling several high growth SaaS companies and mindset as a people-first leader will help us take Showpad to new heights.”
Marissa Aydlett, chief growth officer
Aydlett will serve as Showpad’s chief growth officer and is responsible for leading the marketing organization, establishing marketing as an engine for organizational growth. In her role, Aydlett will drive Showpad’s customer obsession and collaborate with product, engineering and revenue teams to ensure the delivery of a truly differentiated experience. Aydlett comes to Showpad after holding strategic positions at Braze, Buddy Media/Salesforce, Condé Nast and Quartz, supporting these organizations through global growth initiatives.
“I feel strongly about Showpad’s purpose to empower individuals to be at their best. The company champions growth inside and out, believing that learning, reflection, and evolution are drivers of revenue and business success,” said Aydlett. “I’m excited to join Showpad at such an opportune time for the revenue enablement industry, which is a must-have as we embrace remote-first ways of doing business.”
Hendrik Isebaert, chief operating officer
Isebaert has proven to be a strategic and capable leader at Showpad over the last five years, where he most recently served as senior vice president of worldwide revenue. Now as chief operating officer, Isebaert will take ownership of the full customer journey, overseeing Showpad’s sales, customer support, product support, partnerships, revenue operations and enablement teams. Collaborating closely with Chief Growth Officer Aydlett, Isebaert will also be responsible for alignment and collaboration among the executive team to drive growth.
“It is with sincere gratitude to the amazing team here at Showpad that I continue my journey at Showpad as chief operating officer. I will leverage my expertise to ultimately help our customers elevate their sales enablement initiatives. I am passionate about supporting our customer-facing teams in delivering the best buyer experience and ensuring that we’re helping our customers to do the same,” said Isebaert.
Matthew Schiltz, board member
Schiltz is joining as Showpad’s first independent board member and will leverage his operational and strategic experience to support the company’s continued growth. Schiltz is an experienced senior executive with a proven track record of building successful high-growth SaaS companies, from startups to public entities. Having previously served as CEO for three companies achieving +$1B valuation, including Conga and DocuSign, his expertise will be invaluable for Showpad’s executive team and company growth efforts.
“Having known Louis and PJ for the past five years, I’ve been following Showpad closely and am continually impressed by its ingenuity and ability to execute,” said Schiltz. “I’m looking forward to using my experience to help Showpad continue to scale. I am optimistic about the opportunity in front of us and confident in our ability to become the sales enablement solution for companies around the world.”
