Shredding Company PROSHRED® Raleigh Receives 2019 Department of Homeland Security Small Business Award
Allways Shred, Inc., dba PROSHRED® Raleigh recently received the award through the Department of Homeland Security's Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization.
RALEIGH, N.C., Feb. 10, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- PROSHRED® Raleigh, the Triangle's leading name in secure, convenient document destruction, was recently recognized by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) with a Small Business Award for its support of the DHS mission during fiscal year 2019.
The DHS's Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization presented the award to PROSHRED® Raleigh for services provided to the U.S. Immigration Customs and Enforcement (ICE).
According to a letter from the DHS, the Annual Small Business and Small Business Advocate Awards Program was established "to recognize small businesses, small business advocates, and a mentor-protégé team that have shown outstanding performance in advancing the Department's mission."
PROSHRED® Raleigh General Manager, Jim Klemes, said he was proud of the recognition from the DHS.
