Following Side’s entry into Southern California in October of last year, in partnership with top producing teams, Amalfi Estates, and The Stroyke Properties Group, Side’s groundbreaking approach to real estate now commands a significant portion of the LA coastal real estate market. The company’s growth and momentum in LA county have led to this expansion in 37 California counties in total, including three more of Southern California’s most prominent counties.

Joining Side’s growing roster of agent partners in Southern California are Jeff Rosa from Market Real Estate, Tyson Robinson from Trillion Real Estate, and Matt Luke from Major League Properties. On multiple occasions in 2019, Rosa took on the task of renovating elderly client’s homes, adding approximately $30,000 in value to the properties. Despite being a newly established Side partner team, Market Real Estate is on track to facilitate nearly 50 real estate sales by the end of 2019.

Tyson Robinson, the founder and leader of Trillion Real Estate, serves Riverside County’s Temecula, Murrieta, and surrounding areas. Robinson manages fourteen independent real estate agents, and he sold over 80 properties himself this year. In total, he facilitated over $30 million in home sales in 2019, and more than 75 percent of his transactions come from repeat clients and referrals. Robinson’s team also incorporates property management into their service offering, and they’re currently managing over 250 properties in Temecula Valley.

Serving the nearby Orange County region is Matt Luke of Major League Properties, a professional Major League Baseball (MLB) player turned independent broker, who has been ranked number one in Placentia for 10 years running. Year-to-date, Major League has facilitated 41 transactions and counting, resulting in nearly $30 million in total sales. Luke’s team doubled in size this year and is looking to achieve a 20-25% year over year growth rate.
