Siemens Healthineers Makes Major Donation of Imaging and Clinical Laboratory Equipment to Medisend College in support of General Richard B Myers Veterans Program
Medisend College, through the General Richard B Myers Veterans Program, has been training US military veterans for careers as professional biomedical technicians since 2013.
DALLAS, Oct. 29, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Siemens Healthineers has donated new X-ray, ultrasound and clinical laboratory equipment, valued at more than $1,000,000, to Medisend College of Biomedical Engineering Technology to help advance the education and training of US military veterans in the General Richard B Myers Veterans Program. The equipment donated by Siemens Healthineers will be housed in the new Touchstone Imaging Laboratories at Medisend College where students will benefit from the latest imaging technologies.
