He will serve as a mediator in class and collective actions, employment disputes, and complex commercial matters, including false advertising, PAGA, wage and hour, trade secrets, and more — the same disputes he spent his career litigating in state and federal courts across the country.
In session, Justin hears out each party's concerns before the conversation turns to numbers, building the credibility he draws on when the negotiation gets hard. Justin began his career at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where he litigated multi-district, bet-the-business wage and hour class actions. He went on to help build DTO Law from the ground up, where he broadened his practice into consumer class actions spanning the automotive, food, consumer packaged goods, technology, and retail industries, among others, along with complex commercial litigation and the full spectrum of employment disputes. He serves as a volunteer settlement officer and mediator with the Los Angeles Superior Court and has maintained an active pro bono practice throughout his career.
