Houston-based owner and operator of 24-hour emergency rooms is set to expand to more cities in Texas, and bring top-quality emergency medical services to more Texans.

The new emergency centers are set to open in spring 2021 and will provide area residents and businesses the top-quality emergency medical services they deserve.
The new ER in Spring will be located at 621 Rayford Road, Spring, TX 77386 (Google Map) and can be reached at 281-923-0122. The Plano emergency center will be located at 3670 Hwy 121, Plano, TX 75025 (Google Map) and can be reached at 972-829-4866.
According to Dr. Kanti Bansal, a board-certified emergency medicine physician and managing partner at SignatureCare Emergency Center, the goal of the new emergency centers is to ensure residents of both cities have top quality 24-hour medical care.
