ST. CHARLES, Ill. (PRWEB) August 13, 2018 -- Silverado St. Charles at 4058 E. Main Street is now accepting residents. At full capacity it will serve 90 residents, fulfilling the care needs of those living with Alzheimer’s disease and other memory-impairing conditions in St. Charles and surrounding communities.
The 47,000 square foot, single-story community is located in the heart of the Fox River Valley, across the street from Pheasant Run Resort and next to the Hilton Garden Inn. The property features indoor space specifically designed to meet the unique needs of the memory impaired, as well as outside space purposefully built to give residents the freedom to enjoy the outdoors. The overall design serves to bring the Silverado experience to residents and their families, providing the individuals we serve with dignity, respect and the best quality of life possible.
Each Silverado community combines world-class clinical care – supported by around-the-clock licensed nurses, and a designated physician medical director, in a welcoming and engaging social model environment – with industry-leading programs. At the center is Nexus at Silverado®, designed for individuals with early-stage memory loss, based on research showing that there may be ways to enhance the functional level of those with dementia and to slow the progression of the disease process. Already, Nexus has transformed lives.
“We’re proud to bring our fifth Silverado community to Chicagoland. We invite families to see our innovative model of care, featuring our strength-based brain health program, Nexus,” shares Silverado St. Charles Senior Administrator, Amber McCord. “Our team of skilled and compassionate caregivers are driven everyday by a desire to change the way the world cares for people with cognitive decline.”
The community’s grand opening is slated for October 11. To reserve or to learn more, visit silverado.com/stcharles.
