Jason Huffman, who is managing the Apex office, has been in the mortgage industry for more than 18 years working on both the regional and national levels. He also has experience providing assistance for manufactured housing financing and is treasurer of the Mortgage Bankers Association of the Lower Cape Fear. He is also involved in raising funds for the Mortgage Bankers Association of the Carolinas Political Action Committee (MAC-PAC) which represents the interests of mortgage loan officers in Washington D.C. The Apex branch is located at 2521 Schieffelin Rd.
Greer mortgage originator Zab Velez has been in the mortgage industry since 2017 and speaks fluent Spanish, making it possible to provide the best in communication for even more borrowers in the area. The new Greer Office can be found at 535 Brookshire Road.
Finally, Tricia McClelland, located in Charleston, manages the local branch. With over 25 years of experience, she has assisted clients in all varieties of transactions, including VA, FHA, conventional, and construction lending. The Charleston branch is located at 170 Meeting St.
