Simple Interact announces the launch of On-Demand Communications. Clients have been eagerly waiting for this service and it continues to fill out Simple Interact’s comprehensive suite of Front Office Automation offerings.
With this service, medical facilities can communicate with their patients regarding critical messages on an ad hoc basis. With minimal effort, staff will be able to inform patients regarding events such as office closures due to weather, unexpected provider-related schedule changes, or practice moving to a new location.
