SingleOps Growth Continues with Strong Q2 Results Amidst Pandemic

SingleOps completed its 19th consecutive quarter of revenue growth on June 30th. The leading business management software for outdoor service providers increased its revenue and customer base every week in Q2.

Most lawn care, tree care and landscaping companies weren’t forced to shut down completely due to COVID-19 because they were deemed “essential,” and those that did shut down were among the first crop of businesses allowed to reopen. However, nearly every outdoor service provider has experienced some business volatility since the pandemic began, compelling many to test and implement tools, such as SingleOps, that help them lower costs, increase profitability and adjust to “new normal” health and safety conditions.

As such, the second quarter of 2020 was especially strong for SingleOps, whose all-in-one SaaS business management software platform includes tools for things like customer management, estimating, scheduling, digital work orders, time and material tracking, and invoicing. Its customer and user totals both increased significantly from Q1 to Q2, and SingleOps has now grown its customer base by 93% year over year. SingleOps also strengthened its management team in Q2 with the appointment of Claus Jensen to vice president of product and Emily Glaze to director of implementation; increased its overall staff size by 30 percent, with numerous positions still open; raised $6 million in funding; hosted an industry roundtable to help customers navigate business disruption caused by COVID-19; and launched the Green Industry Perspectives podcast to highlight relevant issues.
