Singlewire Software Releases InformaCast Fusion Update that Expands Inbound Notification Triggers
MADISON, Wis. (PRWEB) March 27, 2018 -- Singlewire Software, a leading emergency mass notification service provider, releases its latest InformaCast Fusion update to offer enhanced capabilities for triggering notifications from CAP, RSS and email. The CAP feature allows InformaCast Fusion user to easily configure rules for CAP alerts, such as severe weather notifications from the National Weather Service, that trigger emergency notification broadcasts from InformaCast. InformaCast Fusion users can also link to an RSS feed to trigger notifications whenever the feed is updated, and set up a monitored email address to trigger notifications.

This update includes a number of other feature additions and enhancements for InformaCast Fusion, including a hybrid runtime environment (HRE). The HRE version allows users running InformaCast Fusion without IP phones to send notifications to computer desktops, overhead paging systems, digital signage and mobile phones.

InformaCast Fusion users are now also able set expiration dates for messages. Before a message is sent, users can determine a date and time for when they want the message to expire.
