Sintex-Wausaukee Composites Opens Manufacturing Plant in India
Wausaukee, WI (PRWEB) August 11, 2014 -- Sintex-Wausaukee Composites, a subsidiary of Sintex Industries, announced the opening of the first fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) production cell for OEM products using Light Resin Transfer Molding (LRTM) technology in Pune, Maharashta, India. As part of the Sintex-Wausaukee global initiative the project was completed in conjunction with Bright Autoplast Ltd., a Sintex partner company.
The (FRP) production cell in the first implementation of the global supply initiative developed from the company’s Special Projects Vehicle group (SPV). The (SPV) has been designed to deliver FRP OEM composite solutions for global manufacturing and support the expansion of the company’s global manufacturing initiative.
