SJV, Supply Chain Leader to the Background Screening Industry, announced today the promotion of Justin Williams to the position of Client Services Manager (CSM). Starting with SJV in December of 2014, Justin previously held the positions of Client Service Representative and Client Services Supervisor, respectively.
In his new role, Justin will ensure client retention and satisfaction through the successful development and leadership of SJV’s client services group. He will be directly responsible for soliciting client feedback regarding service and performance, whereby facilitating SJV’s commitment to understanding client needs and expectations.
