Snohomish County PUD Launches Online Home Energy Profile Powered by EnergySavvy
Seattle, WA (PRWEB) February 27, 2018 -- EnergySavvy, the premiere provider of Utility Customer Experience solutions, and Snohomish County Public Utility District (the PUD), a public utility serving 345,000 electric customers and about 20,000 water customers in Washington state, have announced the launch this month of the PUD's new Home Energy Profile, an online assessment tool that helps customers find ways to save energy in their homes.
Powered by EnergySavvy, the Home Energy Profile guides customers through a quick and easy visual questionnaire about their home and generates a personalized energy-use report with recommendations highlighting PUD programs and services that could benefit them, as well as low-cost and no-cost tips for increasing energy efficiency and savings. With this new tool, customers can save their free profile online and return to it any time, with no account information required, and they can also sign up for tips by email to help them achieve their energy-saving goals. For customers who prefer it, a print version of the questionnaire is also available.
