SOA Labs, a San Francisco-based real estate startup company that empowers real estate agents and loan officers to stay connected with their clients through personalized HomeIQ reports, has partnered with PropertyMinder, a Silicon Valley-based real estate technology company. The partnership allows the two companies to deliver real estate agents and loan officers an even more powerful suite of automated lead generation tools.

SOA Labs launched HomeIQ in January 2020 and the platform has already amassed thousands of registered users. Additionally, it has been endorsed by the National Association of Mortgage Brokers. The partnership with PropertyMinder, a company with a history that spans 21 years, strengthens HomeIQ’s upward trajectory and market reach.

HomeIQ provides homeowners and homebuyers personalized financial insights while facilitating engagement with their real estate agent and loan officer. HomeIQ positions the real estate agent and lender as trusted advisors – staying top of mind with their clients through branded, personalized HomeIQ reports. These reports protect clients from going elsewhere by delivering them valuable data about their home every month to win their future and referral business. Additionally, HomeIQ strengthens real estate agent and loan officer relationships and grows their network by partnering with lead generation and client nurturing tools so they get more business. Providing clients with real-time refinance opportunities positions real estate agents and loan officers as the client’s financial expert and prevents them from going elsewhere for any future real estate purchase.

“Around 67 percent of homeowners do not use the same real estate agent or lender on their next transaction - largely due to lack of communication and staying in touch,” said Alex Tkachuk, SOA Labs CEO. “HomeIQ offers a solution to prevent that, and with our partnership with PropertyMinder, whose solutions align perfectly with our product, we are able to deliver this technology to their thousands of users.”

PropertyMinder has delivered real estate agents and mortgage brokers real estate technology for more than two decades. This includes a suite of IDX integration, internet marketing, post-sales follow-up and content and relationship management solutions.

Tawd Frensley, PropertyMinder VP of Sales & Marketing, said the partnership with SOA Labs and its product HomeIQ is a big step forward for the company.

“Our synergy is undeniable,” Frensley said. “Our goal has always been to give our customers a competitive advantage. HomeIQ has changed the real estate industry forever. It will be the new standard of what sellers expect from their agents. We are beyond excited to join forces with HomeIQ.”
