Soboba Casino Resort Doubles Down with Playersoft Prior to Opening Their New Property
Playersoft Technologies has been selected to install its Group Manager™ and Mobile Enrollment™ apps at the newly renovated Soboba Casino Resort, which is slated to open February 2019.

With all their success over the years, they are expanding the guest's experience by constructing a hotel and expanding their casino floor. The new property sets on 290 acres and will have a 90,000-sq-foot casino, and a 224,000-sq-foot hotel. To set a precedent for high-caliber customer service, Soboba's casino management team will be leveraging two Playersoft applications to elevate customer service, enhance business processes with automation and enable comprehensive reporting. They have selected Group Manager and Mobile Enrollment to help meet their new goals and put more Club Cards in Players' hands and more information in the hands of management.

With Mobile Enrollment, Soboba's players club team will use this award-winning application, enabling Guest Service Reps to register guests for the player's club in less than 10 seconds without the guest leaving the seat of their favorite game. The application runs on any Apple IOS devices and is used by over 100 casinos across the USA, capturing guest information with 100% accuracy, keeping database information clean from errors.
Soboba's Bus Ambassador team will be utilizing the Group Manager platform, which is a mobile IOS application designed to manage all Groups, be it Bus Programs, Events, or other types of groups defined by management. It works by streamlining the check-in process, grouping and tracking all guests participating, it then pushes incentives or gifts directly to the guest players card, allowing the guest to walk right to their favorite machine as soon as they arrive, versus waiting in line at the players club to check in. Group Manager also enables comprehensive, real-time reporting to enable up to the minute profitability analysis.
