Social Recruiting Strategies Conference Keynote Informatica Wins Candidate Experience Award
(PRWEB) November 25, 2013 -- GSMI announces that Informatica Corporation’s Global Vice President of Talent Acquisition, Brad Cook will deliver the keynote address at the 4th installment of the Social Recruiting Strategies Conference this January 28-30, 2014 at the Hilton Financial District in San Francisco.
Informatica (@informaticaCorp) recently won a "CandE" (Candidate Experience) Award with distinctions for the professionalism of the HR Department and the commitment to establishing a quality recruitment process. The Candidate Experience Awards are an annual competition process organized by the Talent Board, a non-profit research organization that recognizes that finding new employment is inherently stressful for most job seekers and their families. The process allows employers the opportunity to benchmark their candidate experience against that of other companies and have the opportunity to participate in a 3rd party survey of their employment candidates to see what their candidates really think of their process. The CandE Award process is a competition, but it is also designed to provide every organization that chooses to participate, confidential and specific feedback on how they can improve their candidate experience.
