SolarWinds AppOptics, with a net Emotional Footprint score of +85, performed very well with their users, particularly with being effective and trustworthy, having client-friendly policies, and over delivering. IBM Cloud App Management received a net Emotional Footprint score of +81, and delighted customers with continually improving, helping innovate, and being inspiring. Radware Alteon Analytics with a net Emotional Footprint score of +83, earned perfect scores for its effectiveness and caring, and took the number-one spot for each, as well as for its transparency.
