Data Archiving Data Quadrant reveals top three leaders according to reviews by software users.

In general, data archiving software users were most satisfied with data encryption and platform support– and were most dissatisfied with availability and quality of training.

SoftwareReviews, a division of world-class IT research and consulting firm Info-Tech Research Group, has published its 2020 Data Archiving Data Quadrant Awards, naming three gold medalists based on excellent user reviews. The following vendors are leaders according to software users’ answers to some very interesting questions focused on user satisfaction, which have been crafted by seasoned IT industry analysts and backed by 22 years of IT research:

IBM InfoSphere Optim Archive, with a Net Emotional Footprint of +88, scored top product in many areas, including breath of features, usability and intuitiveness, and data compression.
