Expense Management Data Quadrant reveals top four leaders according to reviews by software users

In general, Expense Management software users were most satisfied with expense detail tracking – and were most dissatisfied with ease of customization.

SoftwareReviews, a division of world-class IT research and consulting firm Info-Tech Research Group, has published its 2020 Expense Management Data Quadrant Awards, naming four vendors as Gold Medalists. The following vendors are leaders according to the feedback provided by their end users via SoftwareReviews’ comprehensive online survey. Vendors were rated on their product features, vendor capabilities, and the relationship with their software partner:    

  •     Webexpenses
  •     Abacus
  •     Chrome River EXPENSE
  •     Workday Expenses

What makes the SoftwareReviews Data Quadrant different? Chrome River EXPENSE, with a Net Emotional Footprint of +74, ranked strongly on breadth of features and vendor support. Workday Expenses, with a Net Emotional Footprint of +84, excelled with its multi-currency feature.
