Network Monitoring Data Quadrant reveals top five leaders according to reviews by software users.

In general, Network Monitoring software users were most satisfied with operational dashboard and traffic monitoring, and were most dissatisfied with product strategy and rate of improvement, fault monitoring, and availability and quality of training.

SoftwareReviews, a division of world-class IT research and consulting firm Info-Tech Research Group, has published its 2020 Network Monitoring Data Quadrant Awards, naming five vendors as Gold Medalists. The following vendors are leaders according to the feedback provided by their end users via SoftwareReviews’ comprehensive online survey. Vendors were rated on their product features, vendor capabilities, and the relationship with their software partner:

ManageEngine OpManager, with a Net Emotional Footprint of +88, performed well overall, with high scores in product strategy and rate of improvement, and operational dashboard. Micro Focus Network Operations Management, with a Net Emotional Footprint of +78, received top product in network configuration management and high scores for vendor support. SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor, with a Net Emotional Footprint of +77, received top product in network environment monitoring and high scores in network performance management, traffic monitoring, and network analytics.
