Security Awareness Data Quadrant reveals top four leaders according to reviews by software users.

In general, Security Awareness & Training software users were most satisfied with content quality, ease of user management, and just in time alerts – and were most dissatisfied with gamification.

SoftwareReviews, a division of world-class IT research and consulting firm Info-Tech Research Group, has published its 2020 Security Awareness & Training Data Quadrant Awards, featuring four vendors as Gold Medalists. Vendors were rated on their product features, vendor capabilities, and the relationship with their software partner.

The following vendors are leaders according to the feedback provided by their end users via SoftwareReviews’ comprehensive online survey.

What makes the SoftwareReviews Data Quadrant different? Infosec IQ, with a Net Emotional Footprint of +95, has performed exceptionally well and scored top product in 16 out of 22 categories, specifically exceeding user expectations in vendor support, availability, and quality of training, and simulated attacks. Mimecast Awareness Training, with a Net Emotional Footprint of +90, performed well overall, particularly in ease of user management. Webroot Security Awareness, with a Net Emotional Footprint of +89, received top product in LMS integration. KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training with a Net Emotional Footprint of +87, earned very high scores overall, with top product in ease of data integration and ease of IT administration.
