SoftwareReviews, a division of world-class IT research and consulting firm Info-Tech Research Group, has published its 2020 Web Experience Management Emotional Footprint Awards, naming nine vendors as champions. The following vendors are leaders according to the feedback provided by their end users via SoftwareReviews’ comprehensive online survey. Vendors were rated on the relationship with their software partner, along with the value provided by the software to the customer organization:
- Enonic XP
- Evoq Content
- Kentico Xperience
- Progress Sitefinity
What makes the SoftwareReviews Emotional Footprint different? Inclusion of aggregated emotional response ratings in the areas of service, negotiation, product impact, conflict resolution, and strategy and innovation. Together they create a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and its product from the software users’ point of view. SoftwareReviews calls this insight the Net Emotional Footprint.
“Maintaining a strong web presence is a critical pillar of a broader omnichannel strategy. While many organizations are looking to invest in other channels (such as social, mobile and text services) alongside traditional web sites, the latter is still your organization’s ‘front door to the world,” says Ben Dickie, research director, Info-Tech Research Group’. Most customers begin their omnichannel journey with a web search, and having the right content and services on your website is critically important to reach both prospective and existing customers. A Web Experience Management (WEM) platform provides the range of capabilities necessary to build, deploy and manage great web content and experiences.”
