What makes the SoftwareReviews Data Quadrant different? This isn't your standard review process. We include aggregated emotional response ratings in the areas of service, negotiation, product impact, conflict resolution, and strategy and innovation to create a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and its product – all from the software users' point of view. We call this insight the Net Emotional Footprint.
With a Net Emotional Footprint of +100, basys Benefits Administration scored top product in many categories, including exceeding user expectations, breadth of features, and ease of IT administration. COBRAGuard, with a Net Emotional Footprint of +99, was recognized for contribution and payment tracking, regulatory compliance, self service portal, and usability and intuitiveness. Gusto, with a Net Emotional Footprint of +99, ranked strongly on claims management and self service portal. Zenefits, with a Net Emotional Footprint of +90, excelled in benefits administration, provider management, user and enrollment management, product strategy and rate of improvement.
In general, Benefits Administration software users were most satisfied with the breadth of features – and were most dissatisfied with claims management.
