Crises Control, with a Net Emotional Footprint of +99, scored top product in many categories, specifically exceeding user expectations in multi-channel mass notification, scheduled messaging, and ease of implementation. Omnilert, with a Net Emotional Footprint of +93, was recognized for single sign-on (SSO), location based notification, contact information encryption, and vendor support. InformaCast, with a Net Emotional Footprint of +76, ranked strongly on message status reporting and sequential processing.
