Launching in beta during 2020’s Global Diversity Month, Seneca Hue℠ is a digital diversity and inclusion program for a modern workforce.

During the Seneca Hue℠ beta release this October, the product will offer three modules crafted around dimensions of diversity that are currently in-demand. The three dimensions of diversity within Seneca Hue℠: race/ethnicity, caregivers/parents, and socioeconomic status—are brought to life through a variety of multi-media content options including video, audio, blogs, podcasts, quizzes, and micro-commitments.

According to Anwar, Seneca Hue℠ will constantly expand, with more content being added every few weeks. Seneca Hue℠ is 100% digital and accessible by any device, whether personally or company-owned. The content is delivered based on the user’s behavior and learning style, allowing for a more personalized experience within complex and sensitive topics.
