CUNA selects Sogolytics to demonstrate innovative customer experience management software at the upcoming Operations & Member Experience Council and Technology Council Conference
HERNDON, Va., Sept. 16, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- CUNA, the Credit Union National Association, has selected Sogolytics to demonstrate SogoCX, their state-of-the-art customer experience management software, during the Speed Rounds at the 2022 CUNA Operations & Member Experience Council and CUNA Technology Council Conference in Las Vegas. Speed Rounds are live, fast-paced, high-impact product demonstrations of innovative technology solutions that help drive credit unions forward. Selection is competitive and few solutions are chosen for this showcase.
"We're obviously excited about this opportunity," shared Director of Sales Ian Crowley, who will present the live demo on September 22. "It's a great chance to connect with the credit union community and share our experience in improving member experience."
Crowley highlighted that learning from and growing with partners in the credit union space has been instrumental in the development of a unique offering for credit unions. Sogolytics is dedicated to supporting retention and growth in the credit union industry with automation, member journey mapping, integrations, and other experience management tools. SogoCX, designed to focus on member experience, is a powerful and robust platform that reimagines collecting and acting on member feedback at every touchpoint, enabling credit unions to improve member experience, satisfaction, and loyalty.
"Utilizing member feedback to power retention and provide better experiences is paramount in the new competitive environment for credit unions – and having an innovative tool to help makes a difference," said Laurie Flanders, VP of Strategic Sales at Sogolytics. "The world of banking for credit unions is changing as their footprint is growing larger, and handling member experiences is our focus in order to help make smarter resource investments for improved returns and experiences."
In addition to selection for the live demo rounds, Sogolytics will also be represented in a key breakout session: On September 23, Laurie Flanders will present on why credit union members might switch to a competitor and what credit unions can do to avoid this. "When credit unions play to their strengths and adopt the right strategies," says Flanders, "they can overcome the challenges they face when competing with legacy banks – such as the perception of more innovative tech, ease of doing business, or better customer support – allowing them to retain existing members while attracting new ones." The session will highlight examples of how some credit unions have effectively utilized member feedback to power their retention strategies.
Crowley and Flanders invite attendees to learn more about Sogolytics during the Speed Rounds on September 22, join the breakout session on September 23, and stop by the Sogolytics booth throughout the event, held at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas September 21-24.
