The 4,500-square-foot home built over a stream is a partnership with Dwell and will serve as a demonstration of innovative and clean building processes. This green building project stretches 210 feet and straddles a brook, giving the project its name. It exemplifies Dan Brunn Architecture's minimalist aesthetic and dynamic spatial choreography of light and volume and was conceived as a laboratory for contemporary building and living. The Bridge House will also act as a venue for social and educational events.
