Founder and owner John Kaleo's son Carson is continuing on the path his dad paved with the launch of his third league.
Carson's journey with RISE Flag Football began in his high school years, where he spent summers refereeing for the first-ever league. During college breaks, Carson immersed himself further into the business by working in the Tampa warehouse, handling uniform orders, printing, and managing backend operations. This hands-on experience provided Carson with invaluable insights into the inner workings of the organization, preparing him for his future role in expanding the brand's reach.
As a former wide receiver for Florida International University, sports have always played a central role in Carson's life. Now, he is excited to pay it forward by providing children in the Ft. Lauderdale area with the same foundational experiences and opportunities he received from dedicated coaches and youth leagues.
