While today Soul Community Planet is a stand-alone brand, the company is working towards a consolidated, vertically-integrated platform, with brand ownership, hotel management, and real estate under one umbrella. SCP's five-year plan targets deployment of approximately $300 million in equity plus 50% leverage, into over 2,000 hotel rooms, subject to a range of risks and uncertainties outlined in the company's disclosures.
Current SCP Performance
After seven years of brand development and refinement, the objective data validates the SCP brand. Preliminary results through Q2, 2026 show the portfolio of SCP-branded hotels achieved 13.5% growth in total Revenue; at the same time, the major hotel chains have reported average U.S. hotel RevPAR growth of approximately 4.8%1. As of June 2026, SCP's average guest Net Promoter Score (NPS) was 61.4, which rates as "Exceptional", exceeding all major chains. Most SCP-branded hotels occupy the #1 or #2 ranking in terms of guest satisfaction in their respective markets, with 60% of SCP-branded hotels earning the Tripadvisor "Travelers' Choice" award in 2025 or 2026. Another solid indicator of the strength of the SCP brand is its direct booking rate, which as of the end of Q2 2026, stood at approximately 64% (meaning 64% of SCP's room revenue is generated by guests who book directly through the brand or the hotels). This compares favorably to the average direct booking rate for U.S. independent hotels, which hovers around 35%2.
SCP's Powerful Every Stay Does Good™ Impact
A major hallmark of SCP's true impact and a powerful driver of guest affinity and loyalty is SCP's Every Stay Does Good™ (ESDG) program. Cumulatively through July 31, 2026, SCP's guests have facilitated the planting of over 333,800 trees in unnaturally deforested areas through SCP's partnership with One Tree Planted.
