Sound Seal, a leading manufacturer of Noise Control and Sound Quality products serving the industrial, architectural, commercial and construction industries, has been acquired by The Stephens Group.
AGAWAM, Mass., March 19, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Sound Seal, a leading manufacturer of noise control and sound quality products serving the industrial, architectural, commercial and construction industries, has been acquired by The Stephens Group. Since 2014, under Hamilton Robinson's ownership, Sound Seal has experienced rapid growth, including three acquisitions to broaden their product offering to channel partners and expand their reach into new markets, industries and applications.
With this change, Sound Seal remains an independent company owned by key members of the management team and its primary investor, The Stephens Group.
