SourceMedia Receives Seven Finalist Honors in 2015 Neal Awards
New York, NY (PRWEB) February 24, 2015 -- SourceMedia netted seven finalists in American Business Media’s 2015 Jesse H. Neal National Business Journalism Awards competition, B-to-B media’s most prestigious editorial honor–three for American Banker, and one each for Financial Planning, Employee Benefit Adviser, Accounting Today and Health Data Management.
The nominated entries exemplify SourceMedia’s goals to deliver both editorial excellence and engaging content that is relevant, valuable and influential within its audience communities.
“In addition to great reporting, the finalists featured strong digital presentations incorporating rich media; great design and photography; and – most importantly – powerful ideas,” said EVP and Chief Content Officer David Longobardi. “Two of our finalists triggered congressional debates, in one case leading to legislation and in the other to a regulatory agency’s public admission of its failings and payment of a remediation settlement.”
Three of SourceMedia’s brands are vying for the honor of Best Single Article – Health Data Management in Class B for mid-sized brands, while American Banker and Financial Planning are competing head-to-head in Class A.
